Readigo – Return Policy
Once an order is placed, it is not eligible for a refund.
However, in the following cases, a refund will be processed:
If you receive a different book than what you ordered.
If the book is received in a damaged condition.
If there is a printing defect in the book.
If the order is not delivered within 15 days from the date of ordering.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
So, please ensure that all details in your order are correct before confirming it.
However, if there is a mistake in the order, it can be corrected.

Example: If two books are ordered by mistake instead of one, or there is a mistake in the delivery address or phone number.
If you receive a damaged book, a book with a printing defect, or a wrong book (different from what you ordered), then you are eligible for a free return.
We will re-send the correct book without charging any extra amount.
Once the book is delivered, exchanges will not be accepted.
However, in cases where a damaged or wrong book is received, we will replace the book and bear all expenses.
